Holidaying with your pet: Brooke’s Bay of Islands Adventure

With so much uncertainly in the world, my Throwback Thursday series has started. My wish is to give you travel ideas in our own back year, New Zealand, such as holidaying with your pet.

Watch this video on YouTube Brooke’s Bay of Islands adventure, and get some ideas about holidaying with your pet. A couple of years ago I took Brooke, our beloved Westie, on a holiday to the Bay of Islands after her Westie sister, Lily passed away.

We investigated pet-friendly accommodation available in Northland and the trip was a huge success. Brooke became a celeb, featuring in the NZ Herald and on YouTube.

Thanks to the Edgewater Palms Apartments in Pahia and the Orongo Bay Holiday Park in Russell for welcoming Brooke with open arms.
